Holy ****, if Catching Fire out-grosses IM3 (domestically) it would be the first yearly #1 where a female has top-billing since The Exorcist in 1973. That’s absurd.

I really, really, really hope it does.
IM3 sucked monkey balls. It's never a good sign when Goopy is a HIGHLIGHT in your movie.

Basically the biggest movie of all time like I said.
For once they actually got the book RIGHT; the tone, the casting, the dialogue, the additions - all of it were just spot-on. I'm glad I saw the double feature too because the drastic quality improvement is even more apparent.
Gal it's Top 10 and I JUST heard it on The Today Show.
What kinda epic PHENOMENON?!!
I meant globally. It has held up well in the US, but obviously it didn't sell the album seeing as it's having an 80% drop (!!!) in the US, where the song was arguably a bigger hit, so imagine the drops WW.
I'm just shocked. I mean from 4 to 29 in the Netherlands in one week. Not going #1 in Canada of all places.
And 14 weeks in the Top 10 and barely scanning 2X Platinum? Is that a good thing?
