She had not one, but two tours going on for her during the release of Partition, and one of them was broadcasted across the world on HBO. Seeing as the hive takes so much pride in Bey's power as a performer, you'd think that her ~phenomenal~ performances would be enough to sell the the single for it to at least be in the top FIFTY. I mean, the UK singles chart is so easy to manipulate and work with.
Rihanna has paid this era almost complete dust and has barely even acknowledged the fact that she has a single out. For her to be debuting so high in a fierce market during a tough quarter is incredible.
Anyway, my fave is an album seller now. I'll call you when R8 sells 10M first week.
