I feel like The Applause sounds more likely. By the way, Burqa's are hardly as controversial as many of you guys are making them seem. What they represent is this

I'm sure Interscope know what they are doing...if they think Burqa is lead single material I have confidence in them..they wouldn't risk another Judas at this important point of Gaga's career.
