The witches perform the seven wonders task in order to reveal who the next Supreme is. Misty fails the Pyrokinesis test and sets herself on fire, sense she never mastered that skill and burns to death. Queenie attempts transcending to hell but in the process gets killed by Madison, while Zoe was being distracted with Kyle. Zoe notices what Madison has done and goes on to kill her, but Madison uses mind control on Kyle and makes him choke Zoe to death. After Kyle realizes what he has done, he kills himself over Zoe. Myrtle arrives to the scene and sees what Madison has done and shoots her to death for ruining the perfect love story between Zoe & Kyle. Cordelia has another breakdown and begs Myrtle to leave her alone, as the fate of the Coven is already ruined, when surprisingly Myrtle is killed by Fiona. To Cordelia's much surprise and shock, Fiona reveals that she secretly found out that Nan was the next Supreme and by the help of Marie killed her, so the soul of Nan would be stuck with rather Marie and not herself. By killing her, Fiona observed Nan's power of clairvoyance, and was able to foresee Cordelia's plans to get rid of her. Fiona was healthy all long, but for some reason the cancer still wouldn't go even though it wasn't going to kill her. Fiona decided to use mind control over the Axeman, filling his mind with images of himself killing Fiona; making the coven believe that he has killed her, while the witches helped Fiona get rid of the Axeman for her. Fiona then praises Cordelia for her enterprise of revenge telling her that she's "proud" that she at least got some good genes from her, but it is too late to repent even though she apologizes for being a terrible mother and shoots Cordelia in the head, taking back her jewelry from her which she planted in the first place to give Cordelia the false vision. Fiona then leaves the house, leaving Spalding a "gift" for all of his years of service and loyalty to her; all of their bodies as dolls. At the very end, while at the airport, Fiona is surprisingly confronted by Papa Legba. Fiona sarcastically asks him if he's planning on joining her trip, but he announces to her rather a shocking news: he's going to take her with a trip with him. She stares at him for a while when the sudden realization hits Fiona. The episodes ends with Fiona crying out of fear and disbelief, "But no, It can't be!", with Papa Legba's evil laugh "Oh my dear, yes, yes it can."
If you want to find out Fiona's sudden realization, read below. If you don't and you just want to guess for yourself then don't.
In the early episodes, while attempting to get pregnant, Cordelia performed black magic with Hank. And as known, Black Magic requires sacrifice. Instead of asking for an innocent soul, Papa Legba asked Cordelia to sacrifice a sinner soul since he was going to make an "innocent" soul, aka a newborn soul which hasn't sinned yet. Out of anger, Cordelia sacrificed her own mothers soul through the connection of blood. Cordelia was pregnant with Papa Legba's child all along, but with Fiona killing Cordelia she halted his plan and killed the anti-Christ, along with Cordelia, releasing Fiona's soul back, making Papa Legba able to take Fiona to hell.

Also Papa Legba appeared at the end in Fiona's hell

The spoilers predicted a witch dying early on (Misty), saying the entire show would go quick, that Fiona would appear late in the episode and have a short, but moving, moment, that the ending was a "smile" and would be happy, similar to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, that Spalding only showed up to take care of a body (Madison), and a few other things, all of which turned out right.

I thought Queenie couldn't do Vitalum Vitalis hence they asked Madison to do so.

She revived Misty so I was confused as to why she couldn't revive Zoe or why she wasn't eligible for the next task?

If anyone deserves a happy ending it was misty. She was good.

She manifested it because they were in need of it. She could perform it but not master it. Similar to Zoe and transmutation.

And it's really messed up that Misty is going to rot in hell forever! She, Cordelia, Zoe, and Queenie were the only good ones tbh, she deserved to live too! 
BTW I need a gif of Cordelia smiling in the camera at the end ASAP! Maybe an avi sized one too.
