"Each song" yet the songs are not separate. Am i the only one ?

Right, say there are 10 tracks on an album. Each is different, with a different melody etc. However, each song flows into the next through a subtle instrumental change of some sort.

The songs are probably all very different, it's probably just that there is no pause between, like it all flows together as a movie would, not like a group of music videos stitched together

Maybe they were trying to say that it's similar to what Madonna did on Confessions on a Dance Floor. One single continuous audio track in which the different songs run into each other.
that's practically how ST was mixed. ...each song flowing into the next.
Not really... It's only Yoncé that (kind of) flows right into Partition, but even there there's still that transitional part. The other songs all have a proper beginning and end (even the ones sharing an audio file).
My thinking is that she will premiere the movie, drop the album right after (packaged with movie as a download). The HBO thing is probably a "they cut the right check for launch exclusivity".
She needs to ensure that it is available to everyone worldwide almost as soon as the credits are rolling. Leave it too long and someone will have ripped it.
Perhaps I'm in the minority, but I don't want the album before the movie. She showed with ST how important it is (especially when taking risks like these) to pair the music with the visuals before allowing anyone to make a definitive decision on their thoughts. Why would she do any different this time? That would be taking steps back.
An ideal scenario will go as such:
* Album movie premiere on HBO.
* Album + movie available to download everywhere (beyond her fans, capitalise on the trigger-happy people who want to be "involved" with what everyone is talking about)
* TIDAL is exclusive streaming partner (not actually a "bad" thing, given that their audience is so small that making them the only place to stream means they get a rub in the form of additional subscribers while not denting the sales potential of the album because so few have it/willing to have it. A win for all).
* Physical release, a week later, comes with album movie. She'll probably have to vacate #1 in her second week for Drake, but this way she'll give him a run for his money.
Really intrigued to see how the era is shaped. Because the opportunities are endless to right some of the admitted issues from ST.
Like, there's the potential to get standalone, new/alternate videos if the album movie clips can't be taken out of context. Something that, if it happens, could extend the era in ways ST could not because of the "all at once" approach.
I'll stop rattling on. But basically I'm over the moon. Just need there to be a set in stone plan for international audience (because she's a global star) and I'll be a totally happy camper.
Will be perched for the trailer tonight. IDK tho, as much as I complain about not knowing **** about what's going on with Bey, I honestly can't say if having the info is really better because now this week is going to be glacially slow.
