I just listened to Usher's "OMG" for the first time and i listened to it a couple of times. i am really shocked on how successful it has been , it truly is nothing special in my opinon its very slow and rather annoying..
"lil freak" and "heyy daddy" are both way >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> OMG

again its just my opinion but wow at it being a top 5 hit !! overratted !

I think RB should get stronger digitally, now that It's decreasing on Radio. I mean, If you heard a song everyday and everywhere on the Radio, you'll probably get sick of it fast. Or actually, you won't bother downloading it, since you'll probably hear it on the Radio in a second

I think the key for that to happen is Nothin on you to peak on airplay and start decreasing too... and OMG to take the #1 spot on iTunes.... I think this will make the sales fall and then maybe there can be a posibility for a rebound to #1.....

Coz the distance on airplay is pretty big with all the others that are ahead on iTunes...

The closest is TRAIN (and it has already peaked... and its definitely falling behind Rude boy at some point on iTunes too) and its 56 millions behind.

Then Break your heart is still gaining (but I dont think it will gain much more) and its 64 millions behind

And then OMG is the song that will go #1 with time (I think) But right now.... its still 105 millions behind.....

Also.... Your love is my drug is 111 millions behind

and airplanes is 146 millions behind

So the #1 and #2 spots on billboard will remain the same for a long while Im guessing....

the other songs (except hey soul sister, which I think it has no chance of going #1 already) are way too far to be a threat for Nothin on you and rude boy right now.

Downloads are pretty much directly proportional to radio airplay, so now that it's going down I imagine they will too.

It sold pretty poorly tbh, I hate it when airplay makes such a huge difference on the Hot 100 Sales >>>>

also... I have to point that alejandro is 'from the new songs that are supossed to smash' the one that's charting the worst....

Not saying its doing bad (dont get me wrong) but OMG is #2 on iTunes and YLIMD is #4 and Alejandro is #18

and also on radio airplay its the one with the smallest airplay.

Anyway I think it will get a big boost after the video as always happens with gaga songs.

But anyway.... it better go top 10 soon coz Im feeling that the other 2 songs are going to block it....
