The fact that he was even in the finals in 2007 is a testament to his greatness. That 2007 Cavs team was easily one of the worst teams to reach the finals in the history of the league.

I can't believe yall and media are really trying to take away from what LeBron and the cavs just did. He just took the cavs back to the finals in his yr back!!!! Stop trying to minimize that. I clearly remember when the playoffs started, people claimed the cavs have no playoff experience and the bulls will beat them. Then love got hurt and yall wrote them off but now yall wanna claim its not that big of a deal???!!! The beat the bulls so bad on the road to finish them in 6 games. The bulls were ****ing healthy. Only issue they had was pay tweaking his hamstring but that was minor. Now people are coming with all the excuses. Coaching environment, injuries, blah, blah, blah, like we didn't know thibs was gonna get fired after the season. The bulls had the former MVP, current most improved player, rookie of the yr runner up, so many all stars, so many defensive beasts but now yall wanna treat them like they were the Boston team the cavs swept. This group have so many playoff experiences, including the a 2x champion. Yall can keep your excuses. Oh, and kyrie was also hurt but toughed it out.

Then, Atlanta won 60+ games. People were calling them the mini spurs and they had 4 all stars!!! This group have had so many yrs of experience and played together for many yrs. The cavs just swept them w/o kyrie and love. This cavs team is basically the Boston team they faced in the first round plus LeBron. Just give the man his credit and move on.

Bulls - Rose in his first playoffs in like 4 years, not the same player he was pre-injuries; Gasol sitting out was a big deal, he's been their best big offensively all season and their offense suffered w/o him on the floor; Butler is good, but do you really think anyone is winning a title with him as their best player?; Noah and Gibson can't score at all; their bench is trash. Nobody was saying that the Bulls were legit contenders

Hawks - Props for beating the Hawks I guess, but most people saw them as pretenders from the jump. The new Pacers.

I guess he beat one good team? Props, but he's not doing this in the west. Sorry. If they beat the Warriors, none of this will matter, but until then, it's not as impressive as it seems.
