But then it doesn't need Radio 1, Aly & AJ's PBUS reached #22 without any help from Radio 1 and What Time Is It? by the Cast of High School Musical reached #20 which was a huge shock for me. Hopefully it does well. Her first album done okay in the album chart. But her singles failed. Hopefully with the whole most searched thing in the UK it will boost her single sales !

With her 1st album her label just released it in the UK without any proper promo.
I believe this time she's actually gonna go over there and do some promo. I'm hoping the UK will show her some love ...
^Yea, ever since her scandal she's been dealing with a number of paps everytime she goes out.
She doesn't drink, smoke, or go clubbing so I think she'll be able to stay grounded.
CurlyGirl on FanForum noticed something intersting as she was driving home. She saw Vanessa's name on a flashing sign that said August 2nd next to it. To make sure that she wasn't seeing things, she checked the website and she discovered that she wasn't nuts.
We may have to take a trip to Louisana in August because Vanessa apparently has an upcoming show on August 2nd.
Blue Bayou/Dixie Landin' continues to be an exciting outdoor venue for major label artists to play in south Louisiana. The concerts will be every Saturday night, starting at 7pm.

Hopefully she gets a real tour and doesn't just tour parks or fairs but its nice they are getting her out there.

Shows off NEW LOOK in NYC + "Whisper" 1st single?
According to popular teen magazine 'Twist' the 1st single off of Vanessa's sophomore album will be "Whisper".
If you remember correctly "Whisper" was one of the tracks confirmed by Hollywood Records and was described as: "A sexy new style for Vanessa as she teases a guy over a rhythmic beat".
NOTE: This is still just a rumor, 'Twist' magazine is known for it's made up stories ... were still waiting for official confirmation on this.

here in Monterrey. I was in front. And just for her. I don't give a crap about

I bascially slept through the actual performances of the HSM songs, I was so excited when V did her solo set though.
I did watch Corbin & Ashley's solo sets aswell but they weren't as good as V's ..

Aly is pretty much the same as Vanessa. They both can play the guitar & they both have pretty good voices. I do agree that AJ is more talented than both of them. She has an amazing voice.
