I have the exact same feeling.
But RCA wouldn't just pick some random song to be the lead single. They're too controlling for that. If they force all their other artists to release Dr. Luke/Max Martin tracks as their lead singles but all of a sudden let Miley release this Mike Will Made It produced song then it must be good.
