Some point in the future this album will reach 30 million. Its already a classic and each time she releases new albums this one will pick up in sales too.

No. You're misreading this tweet. The ''See you later in the year'' part could easily be about the lead single. She probably is not ready yet to release the album, but the first single could possibly be released till early December, if she's going to do a ''21'' kind of release.
