I think it could be considered boasting if people were to go 'I got it and you didn't'. Hopefully the shortlist have common sense and can contain their excitement.

I wonder if having a previous ban makes you less likely to be considered, I'd say multiple bans would have you on the out but I'm unsure of single bans.

They did say the less points the better, and I'm guessing 10 or multiples of 10 would be a negative hit.
