35-40K? Yikes. That's really not good. But then again, Ciara was indeed NOT promoted. It's almost becoming more and more clear that her label does not take interest her career so they aren't going to waste any money even trying with her. So there's a good chance she will get dropped or they will continue to keep her on the label but just do nothing with her. Either way, she's pretty much up the creek without a paddle.
