It has been a busy week here at Scenes & Sounds Productions. After going on a hiatus for a couple of seasons now, we decided to take the first week of competition and get everything at the offices settled down and organized, and reconfigure our artist lineup. We are proud to announce that Katy Perry has returned to the label she first called home back in season one; and we have a brand new artist to the label, Ke$ha! While many exciting things are sure to come Katheryn and Ke$ha, there is one more artist we have yet to announce! While we can't give anything away right now, there may be an announcement video coming very soon! Be sure to be on the lookout for it!

After her debut album ('Celebration') and #1 hit singles ("Ready for the Weekend" & "Blonde Ambition", with Sky Ferreira), actress-gone-singer Paige Elliot has officially announced the release of her new single, "Ecstasy", produced by hitmaker group Swedish House Mafia (known for their single "Don't You Worry Child").
Paige spoke on why she released so soon after her first album, saying, "If I could have, I would have released two albums at once. I wanted to do this one, but I also wanted to do 'Celebration', but I really just... Could only release one at a time. I discussed this with my label manager, Carlton, and he suggested I do 'Celebration' first, so I did... And then I quickly went onto this one. I also wanted to release other singles from 'Celebration', but I see releasing singles after releasing an album with that potential single on it pointless... So I went onto this era. The album, which I can't tell you the title of, really reflects on my life up to now. Some parts are amazing, and others are rather Hellish. The album goes back and forth between the lows and the goods, and each song shows that. This one, 'Ecstasy', is quite obviously heaven... On that, each song is really EDM, though there are a few songs that are really... Urban, I guess, though it's mostly EDM... I have people like Swedish House Mafia, Zedd, Diplo and Avicii on it, to be honest, though I have Madeon as my executive producer."
The song is set to release on Saturday, December 14th, for digital download on iTunes and Amazon (among other digital retailers) before going up for physical release on the following Monday.

"I FEEL IT" - HOLIDAY REMIXES
Justin released a Remix EP online to digital retailers today, as the video for his song dropped to increase sales. The remix EP is for his new single -- "I Feel It (Holiday Spirit)". Justin gave the extra holiday spirit too, by releasing some Holiday themed remixes.

Bastille releases an EP for Maybe It's Alright and Xmas songs
Bastille just released a 7-track EP including 'Maybe It's Alright', 3 remixes, an exclusive B-side, and covers of 2 Christmas classics.
Bastille revealed that the remix EP would include Christmas songs via an Instragram post which had the band standing in front of a holiday-decorated recording studio with the words (song titles) "Underneath The Tree" (yes, that's a classic ) and "Do They Know It's Christmas?" painted on the walls, with the caption "Going into the studio to record some covers. Have a happy holiday! -Dan"

Singer Beyonce best known for her "Mrs Carter" World tour and recent hits like "Telephone" and... well that's it. Regardless, after marrital problems her and Jay Z have just decided to end it all. Jay-Z actually filed for divorce a while ago, but an insider who's name rhymes with Rolange Bowles is just telling us now, not wanting to hurt Beyonce who is "a sister to her" (whatever that means). The couple had been having marital problems, but unfortunately their relationship has seen the end.
Beyonce is reportedly "heartbroken", and is currently having her teams of ghostwriters create writing a new song for her upcoming album about it to truly vent on her feelings, to her fans, who she says feel like "family to her."
Beyonce also shockingly is not aloud to be around her daughter Blue Ivy anymore. Former friend and alleged mistress of Jay, Rita Ora, testified against her in court, saying she was "crazy" and should not be trusted with children. Jay was too busy for Blue on his WW tour listening to strained, pitchy falsetto's from popular Bruno Mars wannabe Justin Timberlake. JayZ's mom stepped up to the plate, and is now taking care of the baby.

Aww man I missed the genre midweek chart...And #oop at me being #7. Guess I am going to have to #turnup the promo. It's a lot easier to promote when you aren't promoting a legit artist...:c Lemme just scrap Vixx and sign the person I was going to sign
