Not even "Toxic" got to #1 on Hot 100 and that was an undeniable hit.
It is unreasonable to want "Everytime" to do extremely well on anything but its respective format (Pop). With little AC help so far, Top 20 is about as far as it will go on the BBHot 100.
And you know what, if she has a great peak on Pop, then it's a hit.
