It hurts me to say this (but most of you probably won't even care) but I'm dropping out of the contest. I have to study now because my major exams will start tomorrow and I'm not even able to get online yesterday because I facilitated and hosted the accounting quiz bee activity of my department.
I'm sorry Chapstick, I have no choice. As much as I want to continue (because I'm having fun with this game), I just need to focus on my priorities. Plus, I suck at photoshops/editing in which I'm having a hard time doing this task.

Duff.... i specifically told you to let me know if you were going to drop out because you were already considering it, and you ultimately decided to remain in the competition. if you'd have told me earlier i could have brought someone in to take your place in the competition so we wouldn't have to go through the entire round first. is it that hard to PM me? i understand why you are leaving and i wish you the best of luck, i just wish people around here would learn how to communicate better...
all you have to do is subtract three hours. i'm going by PST because that's where i live and it's easiest for me to keep track of deadlines that way. setting deadlines by PST generally gives people from around the world more leeway.
Poor Team Paula though.

no, Mr. Duff dropped out of the competition and another member (IWasHere) didn't submit... but at least there were only 2 this round. however, after voting there will be another elimination.

(mentor of the cady's) has been banned from atrl. i'm not sure how this happened, but it's far too late to be replacing him with someone who hasn't been part of the competition, so I (ChapStick) will be taking over the mentoring duties for Deuces.

The Darkened Beauties
These two were made for each other. Both come from light and fluffy backgrounds only to be turned to a dark, yet enticing world. They both still carry their innocent side, but their dark appearances and style makes them mysterious and alluring. I chose these two specifically because they are a perfect match from their history to their appearance to the way they "perform".

I think bellossom match perfectly good with Shakira because they both are charming and good dancer, beside that bellosom is a grass pokémon that relates with shakira personality basically cuz she is so grounded and she's been growing for so long in this industry what it means she developed strong roots.
Bellossom hidden ability is Healing, something very familiar for Shak since she has been helping thousand of childrens with her foundantion around the world, healing their wounds and giving them a better future.
They both mix Art and Charity.

Both Deoxys and Björk are the perfect teammates. Björk is seen as a very strange artist, much like Deoxys is perceived as a strange pokemon. Throughout each of her eras, Björk undergoes drastic changes and the fact that Deoxys can change into various forms can compliment her in various ways. Both of them aren't really understood by many, so they would obviously form a strong bond with each other. Also, both of them seem to be interested in crystals (Björk released a single titled 'Crystalline' and Deoxys has a a crystalline organ in his body.)
They can be considered rare, since it's hard to find an artist like Björk and a Pokemon like Deoxys.

Both are edgy and strong embodiments of their respective field of entertainment; Charizard is the one of the fiercest fire type, and likewise, Kelis is the among the fiercest of pop singers.
They have similar looks; Charizard has fiery orange skin, and likewise, Kelis is known for wearing blazing red hair.
Charizard roars and Kelis follows suit in the chorus of the masterpiece, "Caught Out There".

It's Jirachney, b*itch!
Jirachi is the Pokemon world's Britney Spears. It's blonde, shaped like a star and oh so adorable! It comes to the world very rarely like once in a millenium. It's a legendary Pokemon. It has telephatic powers and can make things move towards its body. And most importantly, it can grant wishes.
Britney Spears is the Jirachi of the music industry. She's also blonde, a star and oh so adorable. Someone like her comes to the world very rarely like once in a millenium and we're very lucky that she came to a millenium when we're already alive. Her impact is undeniable and genuine hence she is considered a legend. She also has the ability to bring fans closer to her through her music, tweets, videos and tours and the press who wants every piece of her closer too.
But the best ability that Britney has is granting fans's wishes. Britney granted my wish for for her to make some more beatiful music and music videos, stay blooming, have fun with her kids, focus more on her personal life and marry the guy of her dreams. Hopefully, she will also grant my other wish that she tours here in the Philippines again.

We all know what animal Leona reminds us of, no pun intended, but if she really were one, what would she be like you ask?
formerly known as Rapidash.
A pure white unicorn, with a long beautiful tail and mane made of ravishing golden flames. This Pokemon in particular reminds me of Leona not only because of their similarities in looks, but because of the beauty that exudes from not only inside, but out.
With one look at Rapidash, you see a beautiful Unicorn. Not being aware of the power it will exude when threatened and in battle. It has the the ability Run Away or the ability Flash Fire. Rapidash is also one of the fastest Pokémon with a top speed of 150 mph. Which out of all the pokemon, reminds me of Leona.
She's sweet and innocent on the outside, but on stage exudes such a powerful 4-octave ranged voice, shocking anyone who wasn't aware. All in all, Rapidash would be the best representation, for a woman with such a firey personality and amazingly strong voice.

Both are majestic, graceful, and beautiful/handsome.
Taylor sings and writes songs, while Ninetails is her prince charming- fighting battles against other Pokemon.
Ninetails fights with fire, while.. if you piss Taylor off, you shall expect fire as well in the way of words- with a breakup song dedicated to you on her next album.
Both are independent and can survive by themselves, but are just as great with each other.
If you grab one of Ninetails' tails.. your punishment could be a 1000-year curse.
While, if you mess with Taylor's career.. your punishment is a 1-year curse on the charts.
Their relationship will live for the longest of times.

But they are not only the most popular, they are both true icons and legends. Can you imagine the world without Beyoncé and Pikachu? The answer is NO.

Well, I like many people find it hard to compare your very real favorite singer to a fictional cartoon I picked Kelly and Eevee because like Eevee can change into very different type's of Pokemon, Kelly can change her voice to match the genre.
She can sing rock, pop, country, blue's, and punk. It took me awhile to find the perfect Pokemon to compare Kelly to, but it fits so perfect
