It is an insult, even if you are too deluded to actually see that. I'm not going to further try to reason with you, because it's apparent that you are too stubborn. Also, don't try to give me examples of insults. I'm not dumb. I don't know if your responses stem from a dislike of Rihanna or some other reason. You have Beyonce in your avatar so I'm going to guess that your attitude comes from their supposed rivalry (or rather the rivalry between fan bases).
I don't often defend Rihanna. Actually you can check a number of these Chris Brown and Rihanna threads and see that I am most often criticizing both of them. But this is a different case, because some random girl decided to try to be cool and entertaining with her tweet to Rihanna, thinking that she would go unchecked, and it backfired on her.
