Unless Bowie snatches out of nowhere, yes, and I think she will be winning too. She's "paid her dues," she recently had a controversial snub that NARAS knows is on the general public's mind, Beyoncé has further involvement with the record including tracks solely produced by herself, and shows more genre and style changes than she has in the past (it also being less urban in sound will appeal to the Grammy committee more in general). It's her most acclaimed album yet. I can definitely see it happening.
