We need to post more, there's a lot to discuss. 
I want the mini to have a certain theme/concept, and I'm really hoping the new songs won't be predictable.
A "Lonely" part.2 follwed by another IATB would be TEW much for me.
& I'm so glad C-Legend is blonde again the styling BETTER be on point this time around, unlike the atrocious multi-colored IATB outfits and those disgusting boyish shorts that make Dara look like a preschool kid from Thailand.

I kind of want them to go back to the more R&B sound they had on the first mini. I want a few ***** poppers on there though but not as much autotune. I also don't think I could deal with another cocky anthem though. 
I really think they should release a full album this time. It's been two years since the last one.

That's my point, I want something new and different. But I wouldn't mind a Go Away part.2, or maybe Pretty Boy.
I'm afraid all the budget went to BIGBANG, I will nawt have it if that's the case.

I'm pretty sure "Ugly" was Go Away part 2
2NE1 should release a full album, it would keep their fans waiting while they attempt to crack America.
CL's solo album as well

I just need less auto-tune... they don't even need it.
Apart from songs that can get me hyped, I need another "It Hurts (Slow)" though.

Right ? & we need them to move more copies, they can have much better sales if the release a full album, hit those variety shows and play their cards right.
I don't give 2 ****s about sales, but I want what's best for them, and maybe they would hurry up with the US promo.

Anyway, I need a good mix between the three previous records: some R&B anthems like Fire and Pretty Boy and the best from "To Anyone" and the second mini, since musically they both got uptempo/dance songs, uplifting ones and good midtempos.
I want them to surprise us this time around. YG better be prepared to spill lots of cash on MV's cause I need to see a mini-movie like "Go Away" was tbh.
And of course there MUST be an english version of one track of the album/mini, otherwise I'm taking the first flight to America to go at Will's and take away with me the whole recording session with the girls.

I just don't want them to rush through the era. I mean, I don't really know how it works over there, and this will be, essentially, the first time I experience an era with them in Korea (I had just gotten into them at the end of the last one  ), so I'm not sure how long eras usually last or how they are treated.
I just don't want them to half-ass their era in Korea just because they're wanting to break into the US.

Basically in Korea an era lasts from 4 to 8 weeks of promo, which is 1 or 2 months.
They usually release the album, the MV and then they start promoting on music programmes.
"Normal" artists promote one single, and that takes a while; some of them decide to go for a "follow-up", which means even more promo, but usually you have no video for that song.
With 2NE1 it went totally different since with the first mini we got videos for both songs (Fire, I Don't Care), with "To Anyone" we got 4 (three A-Side singles, one follow-up), while for the second mini they went with a "single-release strategy" that made them release a video for each song in it (Don't Stop The Music already had a promotional video).
We can pretty much say that if the album release is set for the end of May, the girls will promote actively on music programmes until almost mid-July. I'd say that this Summer they'll focus on Korea mainly, with a tentative release for a promo US single.
And since YG is no new to last minute pushback I wouldn't be surprised if the new record got a pushback ...

You can never be sure with YG.
I concur, an English version of the title-track is a must. It would be stupid if they didn't record one (even if it won't be on the English album)

Eras can last from 4/5 weeks (esp. when some acts have a tour or a Japanese release coming) to a couple of months. Yeah, I don't want it to be rushed either,

I didn't like last year's strategy at all.
There was no time for the singles to chart enough, and the album sales weren't as good as "To Anyone" because everyone had every single track already. But hopefully YG will get it right this time, somehow.
