I'm just saying Beyonce's following era was bigger than her last, whereas Gaga's next era will just dig her own hole even deeper.
I dunno why y'all choose to think so pessimistically about Gags' return. She's taking all the right steps towards a good comeback (getting fit, working with new producers, performing at high profile events, etc.), so we can only hope for the best.
The structure of Rainbow Brite her set was everything I'd expected it to be: 65% technical enhancement, 30% theatrical property, 5% teeties. That said, it managed to come together far better than I could've anticipated. Every song felt like an individual event, and she somehow even managed to keep in step without being completely inundated by the otherwise captivating production. Her gleaming spirit is what really held the show together, in all honesty.
All in all, not the best effort put forth, but far better than it had any right being.
lady gaga just needs to realise that there's not more substance to her music than it is to katy's and the other popgirls. that's her main problem, she thinks she's revolutionizing pop music through awful outfits and weird lyrics when her music is nothing more than standard radio fodder
She never changed. If there's someone who deserves a comeback, it's her. I want her to have a Pharrell-type comeback. I find it interesting that between the BET Awards last year and the Superbowl this year, Missy has been more visible as a performer than behind the scenes. She must be dropping something soon.
She's so criminally underrated. I do hope she utilizes this amazing exposure by releasing new material this year.

The real achievement this time around is that she's not hyping up this album like she did with BTW and ARTPOP. We knew ARTPOP's title more than a year in advance.
But aren't the Giorgio & Diane songs like one off singles/not for her album? She will probably wait until 2016 to release which will also be detrimental.
