I thought it was pretty good for her first new live performance in 3 years and against technical difficulties. Roar was fantastic. Her speech was good, she clearly said the 'no education' thing to be inspirational to anyone who doesn't think they're smart enough or good enough to have a say or whatever.

I mean this is Katy we're talking about. This performance was phenomenal by her standards lol. She's improved so much, proud of her tbh.
