What happens if Sony 'drops' Luke, which basically means Kesha's free from the contract, but doesn't sign her or pick her up again. BUT, when Sony 'droped' Luke, they've actually made a deal with him to use a different alias and continue to work in the music industry?...

I doubt this would happen, if anything Kesha would still be under Kemosabe but it wouldn't be affiliated with Sony anymore, meaning Sony has just pushed them aside cause they don't want anything to do with this mess. However if that were to happen I imagine Kemosabe would implode because it just wouldn't have the funding or income to last.
