Not gonna lie, when I first heard the album, it didn't click with me right away, there were the standouts, and that was it. I thought the second half was very dry as well.
But it
just happened. I all of a sudden have such a desire to listen to the whole album, it's perfect. It really does show every side of Mariah, even the sides we don't see. It's a continuous body of work that should be appreciated all the way through. It's just beautiful.
This isn't getting half the attention it deserves. This is a
classic.
