If the thing actually does unlock on June 30th, just stems and instrumentals that we already have most likely.
Also, I'm glad that at least we have NO(BTR) in full. It kind of sucks that we only have half of Out of Control. Reloaded is also really good and another we have in full. I wouldn't be mad if she went with that direction in her music. A slight urban edge but with very poppy choruses. Not Partynauseous, JND, or ratchet urban though.
That's where I've wanted her to go since 2010. Throw in a bit of DWUW in there, too, and you have the perfect sound for her.
The unreleased song I want most is Musicland. The fact it was up on her MySpace page at one point and nobody downloaded it
I have a feeling stuff like that will leak someday when we're in our late 40's and Gaga's like LATE into her career with 2 babies and ****.

I don't understand it much either. The only three reasons I can think of are financial, waste of time, or they want another clean slate/possibly new single. OR all of the above. I agree with you though.
The fact that it's like second to OOC as the most desired Gaga item out there and it was just out there for probably months at one point.
People even commented on it saying how good it was Nobody even recorded it on their potato phone ffs. I swear I could listen to that 10 second snippet over and over for hours.
Gypsy is the happiest song she's ever written imho.
Do you think so? I always get a sad emotional tinge from it. Like it's about a sad and hard thing, being away from home and for everyone she loves. When I hear the "If you go with me" and "See the world with me" I hear those lines as questions to a lover, begging them to go with her.

I wouldn't be mad if they released that Britney collab sometime soon either. But it can't be that costly for them to just put it up for ads, get Gaga to get Terry to film some tour footage, and do some lowkey promo. If radio adds it, great. If they don't, whatever.
Apparently Fusari is the only one who has Musicland. We should get him to leak it

Maybe that's just my own yearning for someone.
"Sometimes I think that we could just be friends" That part makes me sad and it's in the beginning. That's just LOVE right there.
If it was re-worked to be a bit more club, a heavier beat, upgrade the instrumental add a breakdown, tweak the lyrics etc.... as mentioned the chorus is kind of epic. Just re-listening to it now after a few months and it's so infectious.
Infectious is such a great word. It's so damn catchy and singable. I agree, it's generic enough for the GP to love but still with a Gaga twinge. Maybe a few lyrical changes (I could make you some food, I'm looking at you), a radio friendly club beat and this song could be a huge hit
That bastard probably has a lot and I need to find him and befriend him. He has things we've never heard. Maybe things we don't even know exist.
**** he probably has a whole back catalog that we've never heard of. Is he still active on Twitter? Where does he live? He needs to remember all the pain Gaga caused him and leak this ****

I think it starts out with a twinge of sadness and regret ("sometimes I think that we could just be friends") but it seems to actually be about two people finding themselves as individuals, still living their lives separate, but completely in love and willing to share the two different aspects of their worlds together. Be my home just for the day, implies not having a permanent home, but that their home is found through their love together as they travel the world separately.
I mean, I don't really see the loss, some of the artists I stan for like Gwen Stefani and No Doubt had some terrible luck with singles and just churned out one after the other and never criticized. I don't see the issue with trying another song.
Sometimes I wonder to which extent they feel peer-pressure from the rest of the music industry and/or shame because of under-performing projects? I do consider the money the put of G.U.Y's video (which looks quite expensive) and the lack of returns they had. But as you said, I don't see the loss on another single (or sending any song to radio, really) if the approach won't even as monumental as the last one.

I do kind of get annoyed that she's like a "fresh start, fresh music" kind of individual. Which is why I really don't believe that we're gonna get anything from Act I that wasn't originally intended to be released. (officially anyways). I definitely don't want them to become bastardized versions of songs like FOHL either (even though I like that song now, but still)

Hoping Interscope just let Gaga do G.U.Y. "for the fans" and they're about to launch the Gypsy campaign tbh
