Festival in South America make lots of money, and they pay more than regular Festivals since it's so expensive to get there.
Touring in South America is insanely expensive. She'd probably make North American arena tour salary, not European stadiums salary. (Which she probably isn't making over $750k for)
Anyways, I don't see money being an issues cause I doubt there's that many promoters capable of bringing Rihanna to Colombia so the people doing Lolla are probably the only promoters capable and doubt they're happy they had to cancel a full festival cause of her.
