What's there to talk about other than "wow look at all the suport she's getting!" (which really is incredible - still the biggest mystery ever what took everyone so long to get onboard, seems like Gaga only really just got the courage to speak out herself thanks to the TIHTY success).

I love Kesha but I'm bored of talking about her old music, and even listening to it to an extent, a lot of her discography is pretty old and/or dated now.

I know this may be all hypothetical ******** but it doesn't make sense that Kesha would be making any of this up. If Kesha was SO desperate to get out her contract and decided to call 'RAPE' in order to do so, you would think that it would be much more logical to claim Dr. Luke forced himself onto her and raped her. Her story of how it happened is so obscure and irrational that there is no way she could of just made that up, because all in all its not as believable as a standard 'rape' incident.

If she wanted to get a quick lil release from her contract there are about 573 better ways she could have gone about it than faking a rape that happened over 10 years ago (that she was already asked about in 2011).

She obviously isn't lying and although there's no concrete evidence, in the real world concrete evidence isn't always necessary to fill in the gaps and figure out the truth. That's the problem with the legal system. It ignores probability in favour of concrete facts, which is why so many guilty people get off. Like, I get why it has to be that way, but unfortunately it just doesn't work in the favour of people like Kesha where all she really has is her word against his.

Yeah exactly, the legal system does not represent society because unfortunately the legal system has to rely purely on facts and concrete evidence and thats not how the world works. But i'm so sick of people who think that since there is not way to prove he is guilty that means he must be innocent.

What do you guys think of what Sony said? How there hands are tied; I kind of understand it to a degree but if they really were on Kesha's side they would just drop Luke and disband Kemosabe, since its not really making any money either. It still could go either way at this point, I just hope if it doesn't turn out in her favour that the media and GP keeps bombarding Luke and Sony with hate that in the end they have to let her go.
