P.S Xfactor doesn't really help an artists sales because Kelly performed on UK xfactor and is a judge and her album didn't ebb make the top 40. Also even if tulisa wasn't a judge she most likely wouldve gone n01 because dappy did and fazer probably will as well so I think just being in ndubz was what got her single to the top. Also alesha Dixon on bgt can't break the top75and the show gets similar ratings. Proof being a judge barely effects sales. Also even without xf cheryl sold 150000 plusin her firdt week

Not to mention Cheryl mostly became big because that guy cheated on her and the public felt sorry for her.
People didn't buy her album and play her music on radio because she was on The X Factor, they did it because rather than go into hiding, she came out and worked, plus she was a part of Girls Aloud.
