Look I don't want to be a pessimist but this isn't the first time Sony has gotten away with it. Some tweets from some celebs ain't gonna change the world. Sony isn't budging. Kesha is ****ed. I'm gonna just hope good things happen on May 18th (or whenever the new trial is) but I'm doubtful.

Exactly. This is why it's good this has got a lot of attention and people are furious, may not be much, nor help, but it's the best we can do this it situation. The legal system is ****ed!

Also I don't know if this is insensitive but Pebe actually looked ****ing amazing in that pic of Kesha crying at the court. Like she looked like she was at a funeral but she actually didn't look like a haggard hippie.

I was thinking the same thing. They're probably waiting for all the controversy to settle down and keep ignoring the case. It's not a petition with thousands of supporters or a little bad press that they're going to change things sadly.

I'm still confused though. Has the judge officially declined it yet? Yes, I know her wording indicates that it'll be declined but has it officially been declined? I know it sounds desperate but maybe this publicity will sit with her over the next few days

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought so. She looked really nice. It's nice she went to the effort for her daughter's big day. Shame the result wasn't as nice.

No I thought she'll received a written response to the injunction in the coming days and then May is the full trial and that should be the end of it

Yeah, it's still from the preliminary case, since it was still TBA. And then obviously the rest of the lawsuit is being settled next year.
