Your forgetting they added more MG packages after they sold out, they were all sold out up until the April shows, and the Las Vegas Journal and the Caesars Group rep said they would be doing more, and they added more and raised the prices, same for VIP they raised the prices. I think gross comes from standard tickets, VIP and MG are packages in some way, I doubt those are included.
They probably don't include what they add on.

The first 18 M&G were sold out, yes, for the Row A of the 103 section (for $1,500 each). THEN they added more and raised the price to $2,500.
However, what seems fishy to me is, for that show I mentioned I saw M&G tickets available, those seats were on Row A - In other words, seats that supposedly belong to the 1st bunch of M&G tickets.
Anywayz, whatever. As long as it's reported as sold-out by official sources, I don't care what really happens.

Plus, like I said, VIP packages probably don't count.

Britney is lost without Janet on the scene in some capacity

Wait, why does this make so much sense?
After Janet released her last album/singles in 2008, Britney turned her career off almost completely.
