Charli XCX performed last night at the closing ceremony of the annual Chicago Flying competition which is sponsored by Charli XCX's buisness partners at RedBull. since the event is ahuge event which gathers thousands of Chicago citizens who come to watch the impressive flying competition. Charli was chosen by RedBull to be the performer at this year's closing ceremony. "Hello Chicago!" Charli screamed while arriving excited on stage. Her set started instantly, the instrumental of her album track 'Devour My Heart' playing while she did a simple choreography all by herself on stage wearing a redbull jacket with a black leotard and Alexander McQueen heels. while she was casually singing the lyrics, a neon structure appeared in the background it look like some sort of throne shaped as an egg. Charli got up on it and held herself to the different neons.
While 'Devour My Heart' quickly started fading away, she started singing 'Alone in the Dark' the lead single off her album which is still being Promoted. Tons of people already knew the song so they started to sing along to Charli who was encouraging them to do so. By the time Charli started to sing the 3rd song 'Grins' taken off her debut album 'True Romance', the crowd had doubled size, more and more people kept on coming to see Charli's show.
During 'Grins' an extra neon structure appeared on stage and the 2 structures started lighting up and getting even brighter.
After Grins ended Charli went off stage through a Platform for an outfit chage. During the interlude played by her band, the structures started shooting different holographic images of Charli. After the interlude ended 'Hooked On It' which features Sky Ferreira started playing while the background video used druing the performance of the song on tour featuring Sky Ferreira is shown through the holographic images of the Neon structures. Charli was now wearing a custom made Balenciaga outfit which was composed of a black studded top with a golden leotard was underneath it.
After the small 'Hooked On It' performance, Charli started singing a medley compose dof songs off her new album: the medley was composed of 'Out of My Control', 'Wasted (Taste It)' and finally 'Divide'.

Many billboards were spotted, promoting Ellie Goulding's new mini-series
called Skeleton. Last week Skeleton premiered with a 3.1 on CBS. A new episode
airs every Tuesday. This Tuesday, we're predicting a 2.8 for Skeleton, which
isn't a big fall. It will air after a repeat of The Big Bang Theory and before
a new episode of Under The Dome. The new episode is also advertised on TV, airing
at almost all commercial breaks for the past few days. The billboards promoting
Skeleton are all over New York, one of them is in Times Square.
There are two different promotional pictures on the billboards, one is black and
white, showing Ellie sitting on a couch in a dress. The other one shows James Franco
lying on a couch with a cigarette in his hand. James Franco comes into the show in
the third episode. We don't know how yet but we can confirm that he will stay until
this season of the show is over. Both of them will promote the show by talking
about it at interviews. CBS will continue to advertise it during commercial breaks and
will air repeats during the week to attract more viewers.
The complete first season is now available to pre-order on iTunes. You can
buy a "Season Pass" that will allow you to watch each episode as soon as they
air. This costs 25$ and includes a small digital booklet that has promotional

More than 30 Buses are currently touring the US promoting Charli XCX's material, from singles to albums. All buses feature large promotional images and advertisements about Charli. The buses are also constantly playing the songs from the album and after each song, they play 'Tokyo Lights' and 'Alone in the Dark' the singles promoting the album. Those different buses have already been spotted at least 30 times by Charli XCX fans in San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York City, Washington and the rest of the big cities in the US. The buses also stop sometimes to create special stands which sell hundreds of copies of 'Devour My Heart' and 'Alone in the Dark' on daily basis.
Charli also was seen on one of the buses: She was performing her singles 'Tokyo Lights' and 'Alone in the Dark' to the people on the street. in CAL3 2.0 (i think) Lucky#17 proposed some sort of streaming chart that would be done thanks to streaming views from real life youtube videos that we would post promoting our artists and stuff but I'm not really here for pushing people around the forum to watch videos and stuff like that which is why I'm kind of against something like that
Charli XCX - Tokyo Lights Tour: Day 8 - New York City
It's already been a week since Charli XCX's stadium 'Tokyo Lights Tour' started and the Tour has been doing amazing numbers. The show was opened By Sky Ferreira who performed tracks form her EP 'Ghost' and her album 'Night Time My Time'.
Sky Ferreira also joined Charli on stage during the performance of 'Hooked On It' to sing her verse on the song.
The critics praised different things: The amazing lights as well as the Charli's vocals and dance moves. They also praised Charli for knowing how to put such an IMPRESSIVE show.
Charli changed her outfits, 7 times throughout the shot and many pieces for the show were custom amde by Roberto Piqueras, The Blonds and many more designers.
