Homogenic (rough electronica) and Vespertine (soft, tic-filled electronica) are her best albums.
Post is best if you're looking for a more alternative approach. She can be a little tough to get into, considering her lyricism is often out there... but Fiona's is too, so I don't think you'd have too much of a problem there.

I actually got into her because I accidentally discovered The Sugarcubes and fell in love with her voice and aesthetics.
Just passing through, but I first got into Bjork when I randomly found Pluto one day. I loved it and immediately knew I had to listen to all her albums immediately. I've loved her since.
