I don't like to discredit anyone, especially a person when they're down and get an achievement, but they're on the same label and Eminem suffered a small drop in the third week but in the second week it saw a huger than normal drop? Gaga missing #1 would have made huge headlines, and her label was trying to avoid any more negative press.
