So, my theory: The song is called "Onion Girl" because it is meant to be this really oddball title that you NEVER think could be good. But in reality, when you "peel back the layers" and listen to the song, it is ****ing AMAZING. And she is proving that she has multiple layers, and shouldn't be judged based on one thing. So if this concept of layers is correct, this song should be FILLED with meaning, double entendres, clever phrases and great songwriting.

To be fair, Usher's time would have been in 2005 when he was riding the Confessions wave. I think now would be too late. He's not really a "legend" and he's not really anyone people are checking for now. But he did appear with The Black Eyed Peas a few years back.
