I heard four Katy Perry songs on the radio since Friday but NOT RISE. I heard Firework, Part of Me, Wide Awake, and Dark Horse. The radio DJ even said after Part of Me played "Katy Perry has a new song out called Rise. We will probably hear that all summer", but didn't play it.
Here in my country they played Dark Horse two days ago still no Rise...
