Style
- Both albums are great in my opinion what I liked about Leona's album style is that its like it will take you back to nineties. I mean her album sounded like Mariah, Whitney or Celine's work in the past which is a good thing and a stand out because pop albums today are overproduced and sounds the same. Jordin's album style is modern pop but at the same time you can say that she is really talented by her strong vocals that she showed throughout the whole album.
The Beyonce Effect
- Both albums have their own versions of "Irreplaceable"
*Leona Lewis - Angel
*Jordin Sparks - Tattoo
Well I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.
Vocals
- As I have said above Jordin's vocal are strong but her voice is not a stand out (so typical). There is nothing special about it she don't have her own unique style. Leona in my opinion have a great style in singing but nineties divas rip off at the same time.
Originality
- Well Jordin's album is 95% original while Leona's album is 25% full of covers.
Conclusion
- Jordin's album will appeal in younger audiences while Leona is more of an adult contemporary. Both albums are great but have weaknesses on some parts so you decide which is better.
