As far as I can tell, the artist with the best trio of one-weeks is Garth Brooks, whose 3rd-highest album sold 897k in a week. But if you count only studio albums, it'd be Eminem, whose 3rd-highest sold 741k in a week.
So i guess I'm rooting for Taylor to at least sell around 900k in a week next album. Unless, of course, Eminem has 2 smashes upon release, in which case he could be competition.
