China's Ministry of Culture has ordered music download sites to delete songs by Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, the Backstreet Boys and other pop stars within two weeks or face punishment. The ministry posted a list of 100 songs - including Lady Gaga's "Judas" and Perry's "Last Friday Night" - that had to be purged from the Chinese web because they had never been submitted for mandatory government screening. Six Lady Gaga songs in all were on the list, all from her latest album. The ministry said the rule was meant to preserve China's "national cultural security."
Can anybody fill me in on what's going on with the hurricane I keep hearing about? is it going to affect the vmas ratings?
It should have already passed through everywhere but northern New England by the time the VMAs air. I guess it just depends on how many people lose power, and people may be too busy with clean-up to care about an awards show.

They are going to get married at the VMAs! While she is performing! Something we've never seen before from Gaga!
And she will be wearing a wedding dress at the red carpet.
