There's no reason for her to lip sync the entire bridge just because of that one difficult note. Adjust the vocal arrangement for live performances. Work with the band director (Tim Mitchell) and the sound crew.

I don't understand why someone who won a Grammy for her MTV Unplugged live album suddenly can't sing her songs fully or plugs in the studio recording as soon as something gets mildly challenging.

This song is supposed to showcase her vocal abilities… not her lip syncing abilities (which are terrible).
