nah doubt it. I love Partition and I hoep ti will be a single down the line, but I doubt that it would have rocketed to #1.

both jay and bey are nominated for on the run pt2, so there is no problem, they don't have to sing that song.
for example, 3 years ago lady gaga had her first perfomance of BTW at the grammys while she was nominated for the fame(monster) era, yet she sang only BTW-entirely new song.

I think it's understood that Jay & Bey will be performing together and I'm hopeful that Bey will be performing a non-featuring song (XO). I'm sure there are exceptions.
