Can't Be Tamed was coming off huge momentum from Party In The U.S.A. and When I Look At You + The Last Song.
For what it was it should have been a lot bigger + better. It was too polarizing and controversial.
But with the new Billboard rules it would have fared better because IIRC it was big on streaming and VEVO.
Liberty Walk was more mature than Can't Be Tamed, yet it was still PG-rated enough that it could have reached her young fans as well.
Except for the "keep on talking ****" line that I didn't even notice until like last year.
Ester did do quite a good job though.
