Oh yes Miss Angelou is something special, sucks she died last year. She has some great works, have you read And I Still Rise?

Her and Virginia Woolf are some of my favorite classic female authors.

I have to read three books for summer break: The Great Gatsby, Ethan Frome, and a choice novel and write essays for each of them. I didn't start the homework at all until like last week and school for me starts this Thursday. I finished Gatsby relatively quickly since I liked it but Scarlet Letter took FOREVER Now I'm in the midst of Frome and it's so boring

I still have APUSH homework to do as well

she is definitely. she's such an amazing author and i love the way she writes it's just so beautiful and it's unlike any other author.

and the assignment was to read a biography/autobiography on someone who has positively influenced society and I have always wanted to read I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings so it's both

To Kill a Mockingbird is another amazing book

my fave summer reading book was probably Tuesdays With Morrie though. It was so emotional and beautiful.
