That's because you need to think outside of the box. You don't see it becoming huge because there's no song out there with a similar sound. Witness is the risk Katy needs to take before the GP gets tired of her TD sound.
I think Witness is one of those songs that could be a trendsetting huge lead single, it has so much potential. It could flop miserably too, but I would take the risk.

and why is it not on Spotify yet, she teamed up with them for that flop party so they would spam her on all playlists but now her deeply incompetent team sold her out to Apple when digital sales are dead
Do you guys think that Spirit Survives tweet could've possibly been lyrics for Rise at one point? (maybe a bridge??) or that it will be a song on KP4? It just fits so well with the theme of Rise and Witness.
