Prior to 2012, I thought she was very popular WW cause she was pretty popular here
But then I learned that she wasn't that popular WW compared to Gaga, Rih and Katy

In their defense, nobody in early 2012 thought Taylor would be as popular WW as she is now.
Yes, Speak Now is a good album but it failed to produce a single WW smash hit
Then she released Red, we all thought that was her peak. Fast forward to 2014, 1989 has sold around 4.1M in 6 weeks Who in 2012 could have guessed she could become even popular now than she was in 2012 and still could sell tremendously well into 8 years of her career?
