Honestly we have got to be the least supportive fanbase on ATRL. So many people just preparing themselves for the possibility of loss and nobody seems to be confident she'll win.
If we think she's gonna lose, she'll lose. We've gotta have faith.
Yeah but that's the thing. We're all so worried about coming across as "delusional" that we're not even here for our fave when she needs us most. I've been on twitter and a couple other Kesha fan forums and there's so much support... it's beautiful. Here it just feels so... idk, more negative than positive.
I think there's a possibility of a loss, yeah, but I wouldn't say it's a probability. Everything we've seen so far from Kesha's hand (the affidavit, her contract not allowing her to release new music etc., time running out) lends me to think she does stand a legitimate shot at winning this injunction trial. Her career is in a dire situation.
If she loses this injunction, she'll probably lose the main trial, and will never be able to release music. Not good. So saying "what happens will happen" whilst thinking there's a big chance she'll lose the injunction trial doesn't align with knowing she'll be better off once all of this is over imo. But do you.
I don't think there's a big chance. But there obviously is a chance there.
And ofc the better off comment would only apply if she wins the case, since she isn't going to be better off if she's still in the exact same situation
If Kesha loses the injunction, I will save up all my money, fly to America, track down Luke and kick his sorry ass. And while I'm there, I'll TP Sony. But I know she'll win the injunction, I'm worried if the protest might have a negative affect, I'm hoping it's not going to be messy AF.
