It's true Republicans are trying to decide whether or not Trump's Administration will be worth joining based on their chances to use what they do for their 2020 run.
IF Trump survives the four years of his first term, I highly doubt he will seek re-election.
Well after Trump fails his first term, I'm sure he'll be frustrated and give up the job.

I love how the democrats are supposed to be the racially divisive ones but there was no such thing as #BlacksForHillary or #MuslimsForHillary. When Bush hired two black secretaries of state, he didn't need #BlacksForBush lol. He just did so. If they think Obama ****ed up race relations, they're in for a rude awakening.

I mean, you have a point. He might ring up Ivanka on the last day of his first term to checkout how his policies are helping his business. And what more can be done on the second try.
I really do feel Trump's presidency will be a mess and half.
And with the way the popular vote went and how close states like Florida were, and how betrayed the people in the blue states that flipped will feel when he forgets about them, I don't see it for the Republican party in 2020.
The Democrats would REALLY have to **** up (i.e. nominating an establishment hag with extreme personal baggage and a questionable public service record ).

I agree to an extent here.
Trump won by barely 1% margins in all the states he needed to. And next time he'll have to defend the status quo (which as he has proven via his campaign is a lot harder to do) with the Democrats coming after him. They only have to flip a hundred thousand odd votes from voters in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania to regain control.
If he has an unstable term I just can't see him surviving so long as the Dems pick the right person for the job.
Shame Trump couldn't admit this to himself.
