that and her trying to police the internet, twitter especially
I mean granted people were bashing her for not saying anything to her fans about how nasty they were being, but she took it a step too far with the whole #PromoteOnlineKindness and blocking anyone who was being negative. her open letter on LM was enough, whether or not the fans decided to adhere to it should have been none of her concern
but at least now we know what's going on. she should've said this weeks ago!
