AYWR is by far Selena's worst era. HWR handled her poorly. It still sold good, but it could have done much more if fairly promoted. Same as K&T.

I was watching an interview from the Wizards cast and Jake said something about how Selena's going to be really great big sister and Selena had the hugest smile on her face.

Those two songs (OTC and RG) are the ones I wanted for singles! Even though, as a whole, it's her worst album yet (And by worst I mean, my least favorite, because I love it ) it contained a lot of smashes!!! I wanted Off the Chain as the third single and Rock God at the final single, but I knew they weren't going to release Rock God. She was still in Disney, and I remember when Radio Disney premiered the entire album, Rock God was the only song they didn't play, so I knew HWR wasn't going to take that risk

I think they took the lyrics too literal lol

I think they thought that lyrics such as "selling my soul" and "left the angels crying over me" were not a good influence on little kids, even though majority of the kids know more than adults think!
