Week 10: Surplus Outsourcing Flop
BOARDROOM MEETING
In TRUMP BOARDROOM...
Outside the lobby,
Team Surplus: [crickets]
Mr. Trump: [Let them in] on phone
Secretary: You may step in now. Project Manager sits in the middle.
[smiles]
[Simon rolled his eyes again.]
[3 Surplus candidates entered Mr. Trump's Board Room]
Mr. Trump: That was an intense three days period of outsourcing, and I must say it went a lot quicker than I anticipated. As the challenge progresses both teams found one common outsource who was able to post for both teams. Yet one team failed more than another! Why is that?
Mr. Trump: Anyone can answer my question above.
Who is responsible and who needs to go home?
SiXo: By my lead we were AMAZING! Me and Simon worked more then well. fiercE didn't do anything! Me and Simon did all the job for him! It is finally time for him to go! It's like Mr Deeds all over again!

Mr. Trump: I thought you and fiercE are allies. Don't you also think it is the manager's fault because he didn't remind fiercE?.. or that he wants fiercE to fail.
Simon2011: GAME is GAME, FRIEND is FRIEND, TEAMMATE is TEAMMATE 
During the last task, SiXo and I collaborated pretty well in order to find a neat way to post the answers up, helping each other out, and reminding too. So I can see him as a good leader!
I don't know the relationship between fiercE and SiXo because I'm not in between of them. *toofunny*
However, I do help fiercE a lot by answering his questions and finding people to post answers up for him too.
SiXo may want fiercE to fail by not helping him at all but this is a competitive game by Mr.Grump so *rolleyes* making dramaz and people evil like the hurricanes.
Mr. Trump: So I am to blame for the dramaz...!?! It's good but not productive!
SiXo: May I add!? I give Simon a 10 simply because he was really amazing! I can't say a word!
Jay on the other hand 0 out of 10. The time has come...Day I have been waiting! Mr. Trump, he just can't be new apprentice!
I did great as a leader! I keep contact with my team and Simon and I agreed to help each other when someone is not around (time zones differences) etc...We would won amazingly if only Jay wanted to work...
fiercE: Darn!
Mr. Trump: In this task I see Simon worked for Jay (fiercE) many times but I don't see the same in the Project Manager Zeljko (SiXo). So this could be some inside resentment or interpersonal problems.
The team is alright just some lack of performance and some non-coverages.
And Jay (fiercE) I noticed you often do this; many times you have 2-3 days hiatus where you don't go online to this site.
simon2011: Now Mr.Trump, I said that I will miss out the questions during the AMA show and but you still gave out the questions. While I'm out it led to our loss of points for Surplus and I could have made up for it if you give me the questions ahead of time! And you did not do it just because Cosmo was not there.
Mr. Trump: That wasn't the only reason! I had other plans with family; at night is when I have most of the free time. To your concern, I also have posted way after the AMA show.
Anyway, what happened to you Jay fiercE? Did you have a busy weekend?
fiercE: Nothing.. ...mmm...No ...
Mr. Trump: So you have no excuses! Alright then lets continue with this boardroom.
fiercE: Well our Project Manager didn't helped us... but thanks Simon for pointing that out to Mr. Trump.
SiXo: That's all you have to say! God, you should just quit all ready!
Mr. Trump, I am not the one that should be going home! Don't you get it? I did the best I could, but fiercE just didn't work at all. I mean do you even know what will happened if you say that I am the one that should be going home? You will lost the best new apprentice...I was in the top 3 the whole time; And the last two tasks were way too hard only because I had problem with time zone difference, but let's not forget about how great I did in all other tasks! I did my best to get fiercE to play, but he just didn't came. God, I am sick of being so nice to him.
Oh, and on the other hand...let's talk about Simon...How many times did he say "oh I don't care for this game" and stuff like that...did I ever say that....let me think... NO! I just keep pushing!
Mr. Trump Dramaz
Simon is being a big mouth again. fiercE was absent but he's not as offensive. SiXo you really know how to take someone down. ROFL
simon2011: Zeljko, no one said anything that you are going home or fired from the Apprentice & even Mr.Trump did not imply to fire you so why even bothering about it? It's obvious that Jay fiercE has the most chance to be fired and Jay fiercE did not take any offend about it.
SiXo: I just want to prove I am the best here...that's all!!

fiercE: :-/ Mr. Trump, you can fire me now. 
Mr. Trump: OK! Jay FiercE, you flopped hard in the Internship task and missing 3 days of The Apprentice is a death sentence in this game. I am sorry but you have to go my friend. I'd love you from the beginning even know I don't show it as much. You were a really good player and I know you got full of strategies. Problem is you haven't used it to your advantage as much I can witness. Be proud of yourself to carry this far into the Top 6 and actually won Task 2 as Project Manager and better yet one of those people who haven't stepped into Final Boardroom until Task 6. Good luck with your endeavors!

Candidate A: The other team are some solid players and are formidable opponents in the game.
Candidate B: They are getting weak by each day. I cannot wait when I hear "You're fired _". It's kinda sad to see such a weak person working with huge _ and _.
It will take some time for me to find for some mansion pictures for the new task.
but I was actually free this week lol
