I dont understand American's pop culture and its affinity to tear people down even before they succeed. The only reason Lana has gotten a backlash is simply because people are jealous. Jealous of what? Over night success. She is amazingly talented, and clearly an amazing performer that let nerves get the best of her.

Yeah, Americans can be really ****ing cruel. It may be a cultural thing. But yeah, she is fascinating in many ways.

I think it's a cultural thing, too. America loves to see people fail.
I believe the SNL backlash did help in some ways, because it got people tuning in to see the performance then looking up other tracks. I've seen loads of people converted to fans because of that.
Apparently the deluxe edition of the album is going to be sold at Target for $7.99 with two exclusive tracks:

It could be lucky ones and carmen, if they're just trying to promote her, as they were two unheard live/studio/demo songs, but otherwise I really don't know
EDIT: or it could just be a typo and they might have meant 3.
It says "exclusive" so I'm thinking it won't just be the regular deluxe edition bonus tracks (since those can be bought elsewhere, even if it is just on iTunes in the US).
