I don't think it's a vagina, but it's meant to symbolize one. It's basically a two giant legs spread open with a cloth over where you'd think the vagina would be.

I noticed this in Korea but it wasn't shown too much it was behind the castle, when the doors opened up you could see the legs of something, one could only imagine it would be a giant vagina giving birth.
