Government Hooker is one of the best songs on the album.
The radio edit would be completely horrible for Government Hooker. They might as well let the Kidz Bop kids do their rendition and put it on the radio.

One of my local stations (in Las Vegas of all places) faded out the words 'Gun" and 'Bullet' in Pumped up Kicks. Not all stations do it though.

I doubt they would bleep out hooker. There are far worse things on radio than the lyrics of Government Hooker. But if they do decide to bleep them out, the entire song is screwed. 80% of the time Gaga is just yelling HOOOOOOOOOOOKAAAAAAH or some variation of that.
